KCB meets once a month to discuss beautification projects and to choose the Yard of the month and the Business of the month. This committee is open to the public.

They will accept applications from collegebound students intrested in appointments to the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Merchant Marine academies. They will help answer questions relating to public policy or legislation. The Procurment of Flags flown over U.S. capitiol buildings and obtaining tickets and information for Washington, D.C. visits.
