Refer to Zoning in Chapter 126 in the City of Cleveland ordinances provided by the Municipal Code Corporation website.

Zoning Commission

From time to time the City Council may amend or change the districts or regulations established in the zoning ordinance.  The council must submit any proposed revisions to the zoning commission for its recommendation and report.  The zoning commission will hold a public hearing before submitting its final report.  For a complete understanding of the zoning commission, please refer the zoning ordinance.  Also requests for property re-zoning may be submitted to the zoning commission.  A re-zoning application must be submitted in person to the Development Services Coordinator.
