The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in uncovering and overhauling the city's unique brand identity through comprehensive research and analysis, development of strategic messaging and creative collateral, and detailed implementation guidance. The selected firm will collaborate closely with city stakeholders to uncover Cleveland's identity and translate it into a compelling brand platform that resonates with diverse audiences.

Proposals will be received by the City of Cleveland until 10:00 AM on Friday, July 26, 2024. Submit Proposals to City of Cleveland at: elevario@clevelandtexas.com or mail to 907 E. Houston Street, Cleveland, TX 77327.
